Jessica Williams is an associate in the Insurance Coverage and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups, defending insurers in complex coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler’s Jacksonville office, Jessica practiced at another Jacksonville firm where she handled a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract and insurance disputes, trademark claims, and commercial torts. She has a breadth of experience bringing and defending claims in both state and federal court.

Jessica received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as a member of the Florida Law Review, a part-time law firm clerk, a constitutional law tutor, and an executive committee member for the law school’s LGBTQ+ organization. She received book awards in both First Amendment and Trademark law and was published in the Florida Law Forum for her article on LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace.
