Benedetto “Ben” Faulisi is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups.
Ben focuses his practice on providing sophisticated tax planning and advisory solutions for businesses, high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. He regularly advises clients on business formation, entity structuring, startup advisory, and ongoing tax compliance and preparation. For business owners and their families, Ben further provides guidance on business succession planning and wealth preservation. Drawing on his background in public accounting, he helps clients identify planning opportunities and implement practical, long-term tax-efficient solutions to achieve their goals.
In his fiduciary practice, Ben advises clients on proactive estate and trust planning, administration, and tax matters. Applying his dual credentials, he guides clients through charitable planning and gift tax strategies, handles post-mortem tax planning, and prepares complex estate, gift, and trust tax returns.
Ben gained experience managing trust and estate tax planning and preparation matters. Before transitioning to legal practice, he spent more than a decade as a tax practitioner at various public accounting firms where he delivered comprehensive tax compliance and tailored advisory solutions for private clients and organizations.
Ben earned his J.D., cum laude, from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He also holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University, Tobin College of Business. In addition to his CPA license, Ben is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
Fluent in Italian, Ben enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children.
