Rivkin Radler Welcomes 2 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Fabrice Michel and Cari Lewis have joined the firm.

Fabrice Michel, of, Valley Stream, NY, has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense, General Liability, and Complex Torts & Products Liability Practice Groups, resident in the Uniondale office. Michel defends property owners, universities, construction management companies, construction contractors, pharmaceutical companies, convenience store chains, hospitals, physicians, adult care facilities and others in suits alleging premises liability, violations of New York State’s Labor Law, product liability, pharmaceutical liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. Prior to joining the firm, Michel was an associate at a New York City-based firm and received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.

Cari Lewis, of Astoria, NY, has joined the firm as Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, resident in the New York City office. Lewis concentrates her practice on litigating construction disputes, including real estate litigation, landlord/tenant and shareholders’ disputes, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including contract drafting and negotiations. Prior to joining the firm, Lewis was a partner at a Manhattan-based law firm and received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
