Rivkin Radler Elects 5 New Partners

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Jenna Z. Gabay, Amanda Gurman, Priscilla D. Kam, Greg E. Mann and Andrea C. Sacks have been elected Partners.

Jenna Z. Gabay, of Cresskill, NJ, is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups. She represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark, and patent cases. Jenna also provides advice and acts as New Jersey counsel in Hatch-Waxman and other patent infringement disputes.

Amanda Gurman, of Roslyn Heights, NY, concentrates her practice on litigating professional liability disputes. A member of the Professional Liability Practice Group, she defends attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, accountants, and various other professionals in civil litigation. Amanda also practices in Rivkin Radler’s Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Group, where she assists in drafting terms of use and/or security, data breach and intellectual property policies for use on clients’ websites. She also advises clients regarding compliance with state and federal data privacy laws and regulations.

Priscilla D. Kam, of Greenlawn, NY, is a member of Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex insurance fraud litigation in both federal and state court, and assists insurers in prosecuting civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Priscilla has also successfully defended insurance carriers in litigation and arbitrations involving complex insurance fraud schemes.

Greg E. Mann, of Jericho, NY, represents insurance companies in complex risks and coverage related disputes in state and federal courts across the country.  Greg has also litigated first-party and third-party insurance cases emerging out of homeowner, automobile, and commercial insurance policies. Greg is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.

Andrea C. Sacks, of Great Neck, NY, is a member of Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on investigating suspicious claims and litigates on behalf of insurers to recover fraudulent payouts. She counsels automobile insurers on claims-handling practices and investigation techniques in a collaborative effort to develop fraud detection and deterrence strategies. Before joining the firm, Andrea was in-house counsel with AIG Insurance Company, where she handled large scale fraud investigations, as well as coverage litigations.
