Greg E. MannPartner
Greg Mann represents insurance companies in complex risks and coverage related disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Greg has also litigated first-party and third-party insurance cases emerging out of homeowner, automobile, and commercial insurance policies.
Before joining Rivkin Radler, Greg was a law clerk to United States District Judge Arthur D. Spatt of the Eastern District of New York. In addition, Greg was a Senior Central Staff Attorney to the New York State Court of Appeals. Greg graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
Greg is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
Since 2019, The Legal 500 has recommended Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage practice in the insurance: advice to insurers category. The Insurance Coverage Practice Group since 2016 has been included in the Chambers USA directory in the Insurance: Dispute Resolution: Insurer category.
