Rivkin Radler Elects 4 Attorneys to Partner
January 5, 2026 | | | |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, has announced that Philip Nash, Ana Parikh, Eric Santos, and Elizabeth Sy have been elected partners.
Philip Nash, of Lynbrook, NY, is a member of the Insurance Fraud & Recovery Practice Group. He prosecutes complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, medical suppliers, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Nash works in the firm’s Uniondale, NY, office.
Ana Parikh, of Paramus, NJ, is a member of the General Liability and Professional Liability Practice Groups. She litigates general liability and professional liability disputes including premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, and professional liability claims defending attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and other professionals in civil litigation. Parikh works in the firm’s Hackensack, NJ, office.
Eric Santos, of Newburgh, NY, is a member of the Commercial Litigation, General Liability, and Strategic Alternative Defense Practice Groups. He devotes much of his practice to commercial litigation and general liability defense. He also maintains a general law practice with an emphasis on litigation. Santos works in the firm’s Poughkeepsie, NY, office.
Elizabeth Sy, of Coram, NY, is a member of the Business Dissolution, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. She resolves conflicts through litigation in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution. She has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Sy works in the firm’s Uniondale, NY, office.
