UNIONDALE, NEW YORK – January 2, 2019 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Frank Izzo, Gene Kang and Henry Mascia have been elected Partners. “These attorneys are excellent advocates in their varying practice areas with great commitment to our clients…We are proud to have them join the partnership,” said Krinick.

Frank P. Izzo is a member of the General Liability; Insurance Fraud; and Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use Practice Groups. Frank maintains a general law practice with an emphasis in litigation, community association counseling, general corporate representation and creditor’s rights. Frank leverages his diverse experience on behalf of clients involved in all types of litigation. He represents insurance companies in automobile, general liability and first-party property claims, as well as small businesses and construction companies in commercial disputes unique to their operations. He also serves as Special Prosecutor for the Town of Fishkill.

Gene Y. Kang is a member of the Commercial Litigation; Compliance, Investigations and White Collar; Insurance Fraud; and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.  Gene represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in complex commercial litigations and intellectual property matters such as restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent cases. Gene also prosecutes and defends complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Henry M. Mascia is a member of the Appeals, Commercial Litigation and Corporate Practice Groups.  Henry is a civil litigator and immigration attorney. As a litigator, Henry drafts and argues appeals, and litigates a variety of civil matters in federal and state courts. As an immigration attorney, Henry helps corporations and individuals navigate the labyrinth of U.S. immigration law. Henry represents clients seeking H-1B Visas for highly skilled workers in specialty occupations, L Visas for intra-company transfers engaged in specialized employment, O Visas foreign nationals with extraordinary ability, E Visas for treaty traders and investors, P Visas for entertainers and athletes, and TN Visas for highly skilled Mexican and Canadian professionals.  Henry also represents individuals seeking to sponsor family members to become lawful permanent residents and advises corporate clients on compliance with E-Verify and Employment Eligibility Verification, Form I-9.
