Rivkin Radler Attorneys Selected to USLAW Inaugural LeadX Cohort
January 9, 2026 | | |Rivkin Radler associates Lindsay Brocki and Benjamin Wisher have been selected for the USLAW NETWORK’s inaugural USLAW LeadX: Pathway to Success cohort, representing the Uniondale, NY, and Albany, NY, territories respectively. At launch, the competitive program includes 79 USLAW members and corporate partners.
Focused on investing in exceptional individuals and the future of the legal profession, this five-year leadership development initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within USLAW NETWORK and its member firms. The program focuses on leadership training, business development and strategy, client engagement, and relationship-building across the network.
Lindsay Brocki, in the firm’s Uniondale office, is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She has written numerous articles on the Corporate Transparency Act and its impact on U.S. companies.
Benjamin Wisher, in Rivkin Radler’s Albany office, is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Health Services Practice Groups. He is a litigator primarily representing businesses in commercial disputes, and has represented publicly traded corporations, health systems and hospitals, and private enterprises.
Rivkin Radler has been a USLAW member firm since 2016.
