Lindsay M. Brocki is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where she supports clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, transactions, joint ventures, licensing, executive employment and compensation, and complex business agreements.

Lindsay graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Upon graduation, Lindsay was honored with the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award.

While in law school, Lindsay served as the managing editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and worked as an advanced legal intern with the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic. During this time, Lindsay also worked as a research assistant to a professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Lindsay has also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Joanna Seybert in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school, Lindsay worked as a legal assistant in a large firm in New York City.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys taking all types of Peloton classes and spending time with her husband, daughter, and pets.

Lindsay regularly volunteers her time to provide pro bono services through the Nassau County Bar Association’s Access to Justice Program.

In 2026 Lindsay was selected to join the USLAW NETWORK’s inaugural USLAW LeadX: Pathway to Success cohort. She represents the firm in the Uniondale, NY, territory.

She was recognized for her pro bono efforts by the Nassau County Bar Association’s Access to Justice Committee as a Top Provider for 2025.
