In May 2023, Lindsay graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Upon graduation, Lindsay was honored with the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award.

While in law school, Lindsay served as the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice, a pioneering publisher of social justice-related legal scholarship. Additionally, in her second and third years of law school, Lindsay worked as an Advanced Legal Intern with the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic, an in-house legal clinic focused on immigration reform. During this time, Lindsay also worked as a Research Assistant to a professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Lindsay has also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Joanna Seybert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school Lindsay worked as a Legal Assistant in a large firm in New York City.

In her free time Lindsay enjoys running, swimming, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs and two cats.
