Rivkin Radler Attorneys Named Bergen’s Top Lawyers for 2018

Del Pizzo, currently residing in Summit, NJ, is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice groups. Del Pizzo has more than a decade of experience representing clients on intellectual property matters such as trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement, restrictive covenants and domain name disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel.

Miller, currently residing in Upper Saddle River, NJ, is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. Miller has more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation and corporate counseling including trial and appellate work involving complex commercial matters, intellectual property and insurance law disputes. Miller’s practice includes litigating contractual, business torts and shareholder and partnership disputes, representing pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent cases; providing  counsel and drafting advice in connection with business ventures, including restrictive covenants, supply and licensing, distribution, confidentiality, employment and other agreements; litigation complex insurance coverage disputes and subrogation claims, including environmental and catastrophic claims, and bad faith actions.

Jones, currently residing in Ridgewood, NJ, is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage practice groups. Jones represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes. He litigates cases involving claims regarding insurance coverage, environmental contamination, professional liability, D&O liability, general liability, toxic torts, wrongful death, premises liability, contract interpretation, product liability, construction defect, employee benefits liability and other insurance coverage claims.
