Richman and Bushwack Obtain Defendant’s Verdict
October 2, 2018 |David Richman and Jacqueline Bushwack obtained a defendant’s verdict on behalf of Speedway in a case involving a woman who claimed that she slipped and fell in ice at a Speedway store in Flushing, New York, sustaining a fractured wrist that required surgical repair.
