Bruno and Goldberg obtain pre-answer dismissal

Jon Bruno and Seth Goldberg were successful in obtaining a pre-answer dismissal of plaintiffs’ complaint, which alleged multiple claims including legal malpractice and fraud, in the Supreme Court, New York County.  The court concluded that the documentary evidence they submitted conclusively refuted plaintiffs’ allegations as a matter of law and dismissed the complaint with prejudice.
