Mulè to Host Fifth BOSS Program
October 17, 2018 |On Thursday, November 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Michael Mulè will host the fifth program in the Business Owners Seminar Series (BOSS) at Rivkin Radler’s offices.
In this program, “Shape Shifting: your business form may be costing you,” Rivkin Radler partners, William Cornachio and Kate Heptig will discuss the signs pointing to the need for a change of entity. They will also share considerations and strategies to minimize the costs and tax consequences a change of business form might present.
