Mike Troisi to present at a CLE sponsored by the New York Law Journal and JAMS

Michael Troisi will be a speaker at a CLE entitled, “Commercial Insurance Claims Arising from Super Storm Sandy:  Is There a ‘New Normal’?”   Was Super Storm Sandy and the resulting aftermath truly a once-in-a-lifetime anomaly … or are we facing a very real “new normal”?

This complimentary event will host two panel discussions featuring distinguished experts and practitioners who will delve into a host of complex commercial insurance issues arising out of the megalithic subject.  The first panel will focus on “cause and coverage,’ and the second panel will look at “provisions and proof.”

Mr. Troisi’s topic is “Quantum:  Provisions and Proof.”  This topic will cover:

This event will take place at the JAMS office in the New York Times building on 40th and 8th, NYC.
