Michael Troisi to speak at ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar

Michael Troisi, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups, will be a co-speaker at the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar on March 2, 2012.

Mr. Troisi’s presentation is entitled, “Recovery of Consequential Damages Resulting from an Insurer’s Breach of Contract.”  This program will address whether consequential damages can be recovered from an insurer for breach of contract, whether bad faith is required, and the conceptual underpinnings for such a claim.  It will use Bi-Economy Market v. Harleysville as the starting point.

This seminar will be held on March 1-3 at Loews Ventana Canyan, Tucson, AZ.
