Michael Kotula appointed Chair of the ABA TIPS Excess Surplus Lines and Reinsurance General Committee
May 14, 2013 |Michael Kotula, a partner in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed Chair of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Excess Surplus Lines and Reinsurance General Committee for the 2013-2014 fiscal year. This leadership appointment is in recognition of Mr. Kotula’s commitment to TIPS and his reputation among their 25,000 members.
To serve in this appointed position, a person must be a member of both the ABA and TIPS. The one-year term of this appointment begins on the last day of the 2013 ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA and will end on the last day of the 2014 Annual Meeting in Boston, MA.
