Kaiser and Lampert Obtain Complete Dismissal of All Charges

Jeff Kaiser and Matt Lampert recently obtained a complete dismissal of all charges pending against a national restaurant chain located in Rockville Centre. On October 26, 2016, the Rockville Centre police department charged the restaurant with a violation of New York’s general business law for failure to possess a security guard contract and a violation of a local village law for failure to possess an entertainment license. Immediately after they were retained, Jeff and Matt prevented the police from arresting the restaurant’s general manager  in connection with these charges and then continued their successful representation by convincing the Court to grant their application for a complete dismissal of both charges against the restaurant.
