Jenny Jinyoung Shin joins the Firm as Associate

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jenny Jinyoung Shin has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate Practice Groups.

Jenny Jinyoung Shin, of Albertson represents investors, companies, and business owners in entity formation, corporate structuring and planning, merger and acquisition transactions, private securities transactions, and business and commercial transactions. She also provides counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.

Jenny represents investors and real estate owners in the purchase, management, maintenance, leasing, and selling of real estate assets to maximize the value and return of their investments. She also provides regulatory guidance, assists with compliance risk assessments, and offers best practice recommendations. Her real estate work for clients includes purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, commercial leasing, and land use and zoning.

In addition to her corporate and real estate practices, Jenny represents and counsels project owners and contractors on construction contracts, insurance and indemnity issues, regulatory compliance, project financing, and resolution of construction-related disputes.

Jenny earned her Juris Doctor from the Brigham Young University ? J. Reuben Clark Law School.
