Geoffrey Kaiser to Present at Upstate New York Health Care Fraud Symposium

Geoffrey Kaiser will be presenting “Use of the False Claims in Health Care Fraud Investigations and Litigation” at the Upstate New York Health Care Fraud Symposium, hosted by the United States Attorney’s Office For The Northern District of New York.

The event will take place on Friday, September 30, 2022, at Albany Law School, in Albany, New York.  This symposium – which is free of charge and open to the public – is intended to educate lawyers, the medical community, and the public about health care fraud, diversion of prescription drugs from the authorized market to the criminal market, and related law enforcement priorities in upstate and central New York.
