Fader and Iseman Quoted in Part B News
October 29, 2020 |Eric Fader and Bob Iseman were quoted in the Part B News article, “Welcome third round HHS relief funds, eased lending terms for accelerated payments.”
The article discusses CMS’ Accelerated and Advance Payment Program as well as the CARES Act Provider Relief Program and the repayment responsibilities associated with those programs.
“The 10.25% rate seemed punitive, as though CMS was saying, ‘Look, we’re not trying to be a bank,’” says Eric Fader, “But 4% puts it back in the range for a good commercial loan.”
Bob Iseman suggested the inclusion of these providers may be “an attempt to make sure that they maintain availability” during a time when COVID-19 seems to be contributing to emotional as well as physical issues for Americans.
