Evan Krinick Honored by the WE CARE Fund
September 17, 2026Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that the WE CARE Fund recognized firm partner Evan H. Krinick as an honoree at its 30th Annual Golf & Tennis Classic. The event was held on September 14, 2026, at the Brookville Country Club and North Shore Country Club. The WE CARE Fund is the charitable arm of the Nassau County Bar Association.
The Golf & Tennis Classic brings together members of the legal community for a day of fundraising and networking in support of charitable initiatives throughout Nassau County. The organization provides grants to improve the quality of life for children, seniors, and others in need.
The WE CARE Fund’s mission closely mirrors Evan’s longstanding commitment to giving back. As Rivkin Radler’s managing partner from 2013 through 2025, he helped shape the firm’s culture. Thanks to his efforts, Rivkin Radler is centered on generosity, community engagement, and meaningful service. Under Evan’s leadership, the firm created Project Holiday Happiness, a charitable campaign that brings holiday support and cheer to children and families in need. During his tenure, the firm’s outreach efforts earned meaningful recognition, including The Interfaith Nutrition Network’s Community Service Award and the Cradle of Aviation Museum’s Donald E. Axinn Community Service Award, as well as recognition by the Nassau County Bar Association for the firm’s pro bono team. Evan’s WE CARE Fund honor celebrates the way his professional excellence and community-minded leadership have strengthened both the firm and the communities it serves.
That same commitment to leadership and service has long been reflected in Evan’s distinguished legal career. A trial and appellate lawyer, he has served as counsel in hundreds of commercial, banking, health care, municipal/public authority, tort liability, insurance, and insurance fraud matters. His significant engagements include representing the Long Island Power Authority in litigation related to its acquisition of the Long Island Lighting Company, the Shoreham Settlement agreement, and Superstorm Sandy. He has argued more than 20 cases before the New York Court of Appeals and hundreds more in appellate courts in New York and nationwide. For decades, he has also served as lead extra-contractual attorney for State Farm in New York and helped develop Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud & Recovery practice.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized by The WE CARE Fund, an organization whose mission reflects the very best of our legal community, Evan said.” “Giving back has always been an important part of who we are at Rivkin Radler, and I am proud to have worked alongside colleagues who share a commitment to service. The WE CARE Fund’s work makes a meaningful difference for individuals and families throughout Nassau County, and I am grateful to be associated with such an impactful organization.”
