This year’s update will include coverage analysis and execution, representation of insurance companies and insureds where misrepresentation or fraud is suspected in the insurance application or in the presentment of a claim and examination of coverage for property damage.
Recent important liability coverage decisions and cases from the past year will also be discussed.  The program also includes an ethics segment on disclosure.
