DiGregorio and Lev Join Rivkin Radler as Associates

Christine DiGregorio has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group.  Christine focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Christine also has professional liability experience, including handling claims as a third-party administrator for professional liability under professional liability policies. She has experience representing insurers as monitoring counsel, including analyzing coverage, assessing liability and exposure, and productively encouraging early resolution of claims.

Christine received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Alexander Lev has joined the firm’s General Liability practice group. Alex represents clients in automotive liability matters. Alex also has experience in defense of commercial clients in matters arising from premises liability, transportation, automotive, elevator and construction accidents. He has conducted a multitude of depositions, summary judgment motions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations obtaining favorable results for his clients.

Alex received his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
