David Wilck and Avigael Fyman Win Summary Judgment

David Wilck and Avigael Fyman, members of the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation, Product Liability & Toxic Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups, who won summary judgment on behalf of their clients, business brokers, for alleged misrepresentations in connection with the purchase of a gas station business.  The Court found that the express disclaimers in the purchase agreement barred the plaintiff’s claims, and held that the plaintiff was not entitled to rescission of the brokers’ commission fee.
