Business Owners Seminar Series Covers Contracts

On Thursday, January 24, 2019, from 8:30 to 10 am, Michael Mulè and Walter Gumersell will present the next BOSS program, entitled “Your Contracts May Be Exposing You to Lawsuits and Costing You Money.”

Participants will learn ways to minimize the risk of lawsuits from suppliers, counterparts, partners and employees through properly drafted contracts. The presenters will discuss techniques to reduce the cost of resolving disputes should they arise as well as how to handle a lawsuit if it becomes the only viable option.
