Bezas Named to Caumsett Foundation Board

Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that Christina M. Bezas has been elected to the Caumsett Foundation Board of Directors, where she will serve a three-year term. The Caumsett Foundation’s mission is to support and enhance Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve as a unique and historic environment. The 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization was formed by local citizens in 1995.

A Lloyd Harbor, NY, resident, Bezas is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Insurance Fraud practice groups. She prosecutes complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
