Christina M. Bezas, a partner at Rivkin Radler, has been named an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar.

Christina, a Lloyd Harbor, NY resident, is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Compliance, Investigations & White Collar; and Insurance Fraud practice groups and its Strategic Alternative Defense team. She handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation in courts around the country, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. In particular, Christina litigates complex civil lawsuits involving various claims, including under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, fraud, unjust enrichment, and other state law claims.

The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Associate Fellows are selected based upon excellence and early career accomplishments in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

“I am honored to be invited to join the Litigation Counsel of America and to be recognized alongside so many respected attorneys,” Christina said. “This distinction reflects my commitment to advocacy and demonstrates my work in complex commercial litigation – resolving disputes with precision and integrity.”

Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society reflecting the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA represents the best in law among its membership. Associate Fellows are generally at the partner or shareholder level, or on such track, or are independent practitioners with recognized experience and accomplishment. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows at all levels.

Christina has been named a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2020. The Risings Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40. She also has been recognized in Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America® for 2023 and 2024. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
