5 Rivkin Radler Attorneys Recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers for 2023

Rivkin Radler LLP is pleased to announce that Brian R. Ade, of Allendale, NJ, and Nancy A. Del Pizzo, of Summit, NJ, have been named 2023 New Jersey Super Lawyers. In addition, ; Jenna Gabay, of Cresskill, NJ, Gene Kang, of Palisades Park, NJ, and Ana Parikh, of Paramus, NJ, have been named 2023 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Brian was named a Top Rated Products Liability-Defense Attorney, while Nancy was named a Top Rated Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney. Jenna and Gene were named Rising Stars in Business Litigation, and Ana was named a Rising Star in General Litigation.

Brian, a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Complex Torts & Product Liability and Insurance Coverage practice groups, handles complex civil and commercial disputes. He dedicates a substantial portion of his legal practice to cases involving construction defects, product liability, toxic tort and long-tail litigation, environmental contamination, professional liability, and insurance coverage.

A co-chair of Rivkin Radler’s Intellectual Property practice, Nancy has deep experience representing clients on intellectual property matters such as trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement; restrictive covenants and domain name disputes; misappropriation of trade secrets; and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel.

Jenna, a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Personal, Family & Business Planning practice groups, represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience also includes trust and estate litigation.  She has successfully represented clients in cases challenging the validity of wills due to undue influence, lack of capacity, and defective execution.

A partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation; Insurance Coverage: Insurance Fraud; and Intellectual Property practice groups, Gene has extensive experience in civil litigation and corporate counseling, including trial and appellate work involving complex commercial matters, intellectual property, insurance law disputes, and labor and employment issues, and he has served as trial counsel in both federal and state courts.

Ana, an associate in the firm’s General Liability and Professional Liability practices, concentrates her practice litigating general liability and professional liability disputes including premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, and professional liability claims defending attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and various professionals in civil litigation.
