5 Rivkin Radler Attorneys Named 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyers/Rising Stars

Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that New Jersey Super Lawyers® has recognized five attorneys. Nancy Del Pizzo was named a 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyer in the area of IP Litigation, and Jenna Gabay, Timothy Gonzalez, Ana Parikh, and Catherine Salerno were named 2026 New Jersey Rising Stars in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Litigation, General Litigation, and Civil Litigation: Defense, respectively.

Nancy Del Pizzo was first named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in 2017. She is a partner in the firm’s Class Actions; Commercial Litigation; Intellectual Property; and Privacy, Data & Cyber Law practice groups. A co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property group, Nancy has more than 20 years of experience solving disputes, including those involving trademarks, trade dress, copyrights and patents, restrictive covenants and domain names, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel, and website accessibility, among other matters.

Jenna Gabay has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019. She is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Trusts & Estates, and Intellectual Property practice groups. In addition to representing commercial clients in complex disputes across a broad range of industries, she also handles matters involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and trade libel, as well as trust and estate litigation cases challenging the validity of wills due to undue influence, lack of capacity, and defective execution.

Timothy Gonzalez has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2025. He is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Health Services practice groups, where he focuses on health care fraud and regulatory compliance issues, complex commercial disputes and intellectual property matters within the health care and pharmaceutical spaces.

Ana Parikh has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2022. She is a partner in the firm’s Professional Liability, Labor & Employment, General Liability, and Medical Malpractice Defense practice groups. In addition to defending professionals within the professional liability and labor and employment realms, Ana litigates general liability disputes including premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, toxic torts, and product liability. Her medical malpractice defense work is focused on defending physicians, home care professionals, and medical practices in medical malpractice and negligence actions.

Catherine Salerno has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2025. She is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. Catherine has experience representing private and public clients in a variety of commercial litigation, contract disputes, and tort matters.
