Conneely, Lellos and Simensky represent sellers in sale of specialized trucking company

Brian S. Conneely, Stella Lellos and Sean N. Simensky represented the five members of a New Jersey based transportation limited liability company, in the business of providing specialized trucking services, including specialty logistics services and brokered transportation services, for heavy haul, oversize and commodity loads throughout the continental United States and Canada, in the sale of their membership interests to a strategic acquirer based in California for a purchase price of $24 million.
