Kaitlyn enjoys solving complex problems to create real-life impact. She supports her clients by protecting their valuable assets and helping them navigate competitive markets.
Kaitlyn is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn gained legal experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where she worked with the Criminal Fraud and Public Corruption Department. She also served as a judicial intern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica Allen of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In law school, Kaitlyn served as an online editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and was an active member of Trial Bar.
