Caitlin decided to pursue a career in law after an undergrad criminal justice class. A former prosecutor, she enjoys examining all angles of an insurance fraud case, ensuring she leaves no stone unturned. Her clients know she is as invested in their case as they are.
Caitlin S. Cash is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on investigating and prosecuting civil lawsuits in state and federal court, including the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Through affirmative litigation, Caitlin helps insurers recover fraudulently obtained benefits from those involved in complex, large-scale racketeering and insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Caitlin was an associate at a midsize law firm, where she focused on insurance defense for general liability and labor law matters. Previously, she served as an assistant district attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled various aspects of prosecution for felony and misdemeanor cases. Throughout her experience, she frequently appeared in court proceedings for both criminal and civil matters.
While at Brooklyn Law School, she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy.
