As a former Division 1 athlete, Victoria takes pride in relentlessly pursuing excellence not only by the standard she sets for herself, but the results she works toward for her clients.
Victoria Lavin is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s General Liability Practice Group.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Victoria was an attorney at a mid-sized civil litigation firm on Long Island. There, she focused her practice in defending cases involving premises liability, automobile liability, construction site accidents, toxic torts, and general liability cases from inception to resolution.
While at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Victoria was an associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review. During her law school tenure, Victoria interned with Judge Scarcella and Judge Stong of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Victoria graduated with a concentration in Business Honors and received the 2018 Graduation Award for Excellence in Commercial Courses.
At the University of Delaware, Victoria was a four-year member of the Division 1 women’s lacrosse team.
