Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 New Attorneys
May 9, 2022 | |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Jill Citron, David Santana and Victoria Zorovich have joined the firm.
Jill Citron, of Jericho, NY, has joined the firm as Counsel in the firm’s Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office. Citron concentrates her practice in estate planning, with an emphasis on succession planning for business owners. Prior to joining the firm, Citron was a solo practitioner, representing clients in connection with estate planning. She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
David Santana, of Howard Beach, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Insurance Fraud Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office. Santana helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes. Prior to joining the firm, Santana served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office’s Vehicular Crimes Bureau. Santana received his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Victoria Zorovich, of Massapequa, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office. Prior to joining the Firm, Zorovich was an attorney at a midsized, civil litigation firm on Long Island. There, she focused her practice in defending cases involving premises liability, automobile liability, construction site accidents, toxic torts and general liability cases from inception to resolution. Zorovich received her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
