Ryan Donahue is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ryan served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office for three years. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ryan managed a high-volume caseload of both felony and misdemeanor cases through all stages of prosecution including investigation, indictment, evidentiary hearings, and trial.

Ryan is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where he was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Associate and the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.
