Patricia Bober is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.

Patricia graduated cum laude from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theology. Because of her academic success, she was invited to join Pi Sigma Alpha and Theta Alpha Kappa, the respective national honor societies of her disciplines. She received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law where she served as a Notes Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and was recognized at graduation for providing more than 800 hours of pro bono work over the course of three years.

Throughout her law school career, Patricia participated in several internships and extracurricular activities. In the summer after her first year, she interned for the Honorable Francis Ricigliano at the Nassau County Court. The following summer, she served as a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk at a prominent Brooklyn law firm where she drafted many memoranda and complaints addressing issues ranging from arbitration to insurance claims and sustainable verdict values for medical injuries.

During her second and third years of law school, Patricia provided a variety of legal services for refugees from several African and South American countries through her work at the Asylum Clinic. In her final semester, Patricia served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court. In addition, her article, “Redefining the Lawyer’s Role in Calls for a Dignified Death”, was selected for publication in the Hofstra Law Scholarly Commons.

Prior to starting law school, Patricia served as an executive officer of an international company specializing in consumer electronics and worked on various political campaigns in administrative and outreach positions.

Patricia is pending admission to the New York Bar.
