Nicole Hecker is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Nicole practiced personal injury law, family law and criminal defense at a small Long Island law firm.

Nicole graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was Managing Editor of Articles for Volume 61 of Family Court Review. She also served as Vice President of the Veterans Law Students Association.

During her final year of law school, Nicole was selected to participate in Hofstra Law’s Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic, where she advocated for veterans’ discharge upgrades and achieved increases in veterans’ disability ratings.

After her first year of law school, Nicole served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Suzanne Adams at the New York County Supreme Court.

Nicole is the author of a student note titled “Insuring reproductive assistance: The need for a federal mandate requiring insurance companies to pay for fertility treatments,” which was published in Volume 61 of the Family Court Review.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, country music concerts and sporting events.
