A Partner in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate Practice, Marie A. Landsman concentrates in the area of transactional real estate, commercial leasing, and real estate development.

She represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties located throughout the United States. Her transactional experience includes negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions on behalf of sellers and purchasers, including the purchase, sale, finance and development of a variety of commercial properties including office buildings, shopping centers, theaters, medical, retail and industrial properties.

She advises both landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing various types of property including office, retail, medical, restaurant, café, theaters, warehouse, television studios, and antenna towers.

In 2023, Marie was presented with the Above & Beyond Award by Island Harvest at its 29th Annual Taste of the Harvest event.
