Lindsey is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on investigating and litigating no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Lindsey worked at a midsize law firm specializing in no-fault insurance matters.

Lindsey graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Psychology. She was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the National English Honor Society.

Lindsey received her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served on their Editorial Board as the Competition Editor during her final year of law school. She competed on a national level and was a semifinalist in Touro’s John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Lindsey was recognized for her exemplary dedication and service to the Law Center for exceptional contribution to the Moot Court, as well as for her exceptional contributions to the quality of student life.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her friends and family, including her fiancé and their two dogs.
