Katherine enjoys the problem-solving aspect of practicing law and likens it to completing a puzzle. She thinks a few steps ahead so that she can anticipate issues before they arise.
Katherine Jenkins is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Katherine worked at a firm in Carle Place where she represented clients in a wide range of state and federal civil rights and employment matters.
Katherine received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, her article, “The Hague Convention: Still the Best Hope for Children?” was published in the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review. Katherine was also a Pro Bono Scholar, as well as a student intern at the school’s civil litigation clinic, representing clients in a range of civil cases.
