Justin Henderson is an Associate in the Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction law, general commercial litigation, contract disputes, and lien law actions. He has represented construction companies of all sizes, sureties, insurers, and owners throughout his practice.

Justin graduated from The George Washington University, and received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.

During his third year of law school, Justin served on the executive board of St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society as the Senior Duberstein Director. Justin also interned for the Honorable Stephen A. Bucaria in Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division and the Honorable Leonard Livote in Queens County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and traveling.
