Joshua Beckham is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex litigation in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua completed four clerkships with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, including with the Honorable Diane Gujarati, the Honorable James R. Cho, the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella, and the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson. Previously, he worked as an Associate for a global law firm providing immigration solutions to corporate clients.

Joshua received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Member of the St. John’s Law Review. He was also awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Scholarship and Leadership Award. He was further awarded the NYC Bar Association Diversity Fellowship in 2017. During law school, Joshua interned with the New York City Law Department and the Queens District Attorney’s Office.

Before law school, Joshua received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from the University of Louisiana.
