Jason Sanders is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He represents insurers on a broad range of coverage matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason completed a clerkship with the Honorable George Z. Singal of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Previously, he served as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Jason received his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire and the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor.

Before law school, Jason received master’s degrees in International Studies from the University of Washington and Middle East Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. He received his bachelor’s degree in English from Amherst College.
