An Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group, Harpreet counsels and represents landlords and tenants in commercial transactions and litigation disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Harpreet practiced at a firm that specialized in landlord/tenant and landlord-associated administrative law. She routinely appeared in the New York City, Westchester and Long Island courts to handle housing litigation proceedings. Harpreet also worked as an agency attorney for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services where she represented the agency in family court proceedings on child abuse and neglect cases. In that role, she gained extensive litigation experience and routinely handled arraignments, hearings and trials.

Harpreet earned her J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her B.S. in Legal Studies and Business Administration from St. John’s University, where she was a member of the Dean’s List.

Harpreet is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
