Glenn Egor supervises a group of lawyers who help insurers fight fraud in the healthcare and automobile industries, helping clients to recover millions of dollars in fraudulently-obtained insurance payments.

A partner in the Rivkin Radler General Liability and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups, Glenn has successfully tried many cases brought by medical providers against insurance companies.  Glenn also has prosecuted actions against medical providers and others who sought to defraud insurers.

Glenn is an experienced litigator.  In addition to insurance fraud cases, Glenn has litigated cases involving personal injury, premises liability, labor law, toxic torts, defamation, motor vehicle, and insurance coverage.  Glenn also has successfully written and argued appeals before the New York State Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division, and the Appellate Term.

Glenn is also counsel to a large national rental car agency and represents them in negligence defense cases, as well as providing advice on insurance coverage issues and developing legal strategy.

A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, Glenn served on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and published an article entitled “St. Mary’s v. Hicks,” available at 12 Hofstra Lab. L.J. 163.

Glenn sits on the Board of Directors for the Garden City Central Property Owners Association.
