Christine enjoys the insurance defense practice because of its fast-paced environment. She thrives on the challenge of managing complex cases, thinking strategically, and helping clients navigate risk while staying cost-effective. The variety of work keeps her sharp, and she takes pride in being a steady, reliable advocate.
Christine DiGregorio is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Christine was an attorney at a midsized firm in Manhattan, where she focused her practice in professional liability. She handled claims as a third-party administrator for professional liability insurers under professional liability policies and gained experience representing insurers as monitoring counsel, including analyzing coverage, assessing liability and exposure, and productively encouraging early resolution of claims.
While in law school, Christine was a member of Touro Law Review and interned in the office of the late Honorable Judge Leonard Wexler in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Christine is actively involved in her community where she serves as assistant village prosecutor, representing the Village of Lynbrook to facilitate fair and reasonable outcomes in various disputes. In her spare time, you can find Christine at Orangetheory Fitness or spending time with her family and friends.
