Christina brings a precise, strategic mindset to litigation, combining years of experience with a deep commitment to her clients. She handles complex litigation and approaches each case with passion and drive to deliver a practical, impactful outcome.
Christina has wide experience litigating in federal and state courts. She handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation in courts around the country, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. In particular, Christina litigates complex civil lawsuits involving various claims, including under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, fraud, unjust enrichment, and other state law claims. Christina represents the nation’s largest insurers in affirmative actions to recover fraudulently obtained insurance benefits and to obtain injunctions preventing the continuation of large-scale fraudulent schemes. She also counsels clients on fraud prevention and investigation strategies.
Before joining Rivkin Radler, Christina served as an assistant district attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office’s Trial Division. She prosecuted and investigated a wide array of felony cases, including attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary, gun possession, robbery, and theft-related offenses. Christina developed strong litigation skills and gained invaluable courtroom experience serving as lead counsel in numerous felony jury trials.
Christina regularly contributed to a local community publication called Stroll Lloyd Harbor.
During law school, Christina was a senior staff member of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and the New York International Law Review and competed in several mock trial competitions around the country.

Christina is a member of The Caumsett Foundation’s Board of Directors, whose mission is to support and enhance Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve.
She has also taught trial advocacy techniques to law students at St. John’s University School of Law and prepared them to compete in regional and national mock trial competitions.
In 2024, Christina was recognized in Long Island Business News’ Who’s Who: Women in Professional Services. She has been named to New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2020. The Risings Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40. Christina has been recognized in Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America® from 2023 to 2026. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
