Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate
January 2, 2013 |Uniondale, New York ? January 2013 – William M. Savino, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Kerry A. Flynn has joined the firm as a Associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group.

Kerry A. Flynn, of Rockville Centre, NY, concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and insurance coverage litigation, as well as related counseling. She represents insurance companies in courts throughout the United States with respect to a variety of insurance coverage issues.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Ms. Flynn was a fellow with a Long Island law firm, where she concentrated on employment matters. While at The George Washington University Law School, Ms. Flynn interned with The House Committee on Homeland Security. She also interned with the General Litigation Bureau of the Office of the Nassau County Attorney. Ms. Flynn was the recipient of the American Bar Association Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.
Ms. Flynn earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
