Panagopoulos Represents New York City Developer in Purchase of Upper East Side Townhouse

John Panagopoulos represented a New York City real estate developer in the purchase of an Upper East Side townhouse, for use as his personal residence.  The purchase price was $9.9 million, which was financed with a $6.5 million mortgage from JP Morgan Chase.
