Malerba, Kaiser & Mitchell to Participate in NYSBA Medical Marijuana CLE

Benjamin Malerba, Geoffrey Kaiser and Gregory Mitchell will act as moderators and panelists for the New York State Bar Association’s upcoming Medical Marijuana CLE. It has been almost one year since New York first made medical marijuana available to patients with chronic illnesses. At this program, the panel of experts will take a look back at the implementation of the State’s medical marijuana program and discuss the future of medical marijuana in New York and beyond.

The program will take place on Friday, October 14th from 9:00am – 1:00pm, at the New York Society of Security Analysts, 1540 Broadway, Suite 1010, New York, NY 10036 and is accredited for 3 MCLE credits (2 Professional Practice and 1 Ethics).
